Right upper lobectomy specimen：1、(right upper lung) central type moderate to poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of lung (solid type is about 40%, acinar type is about 60%), cancer tissue did not invade the pleura; 2. No cancer tissue is found in bronchial stump;3、 Metastatic carcinoma was found in （group 2 and 4） lymph nodes of (1 / 1), group 7 lymph nodes (2 / 2) and group 10 lymph nodes(2 / 2).
