Histological diagnosis:

Right lower lobectomy specimen:1. (lower lobe of right lung) peripheral invasive adenocarcinoma, part of acinar adenocarcinoma, a small part of micro papillary adenocarcinoma, a small part of solid adenocarcinoma, cancer tissue did not invade the pleura; 2, No cancer tissue found in bronchial stump; 3, Metastatic carcinoma was found in (group 2 / 3 / 4) lymph node (5 / 5), (Group 9) lymph node (2 / 3), (Group 7) lymph node (1 / 2) and (Group 11) lymph node (2 /2). No metastasis carcinoma was found in para bronchial lymph nodes (0 / 1) and (Group 10) lymph nodes (0 / 1).
