Histological diagnosis:

Right upper lobectomy specimen:1. (upper lobe of right lung) peripheral invasive adenocarcinoma, part of which is acinar, part is solid, the cancer tissue does not invade the pleura; 2. No cancer tissue is found in bronchial stump; 3. No metastatic carcinoma was found in hilar lymph node (0 / 1), para bronchial lymph node (0 / 1), (group 10) lymph node (0 / 1), (group 2) lymph node (0 / 5), (Group 4) lymph node (0 / 5) and (Group 7) lymph node nodules (0 / 2).

Immunohistochemistry:

CK7(++),CK18(++),TTF-1(++),NapsinA(++),SPB(++),ki-67(+,about 10%),P63(+),Vimentin(-),CK5/6(-),P40(-),Syn(-),CgA(-),CD56(-),S-100(-),CD34(-).

Gross examination findings:

Right upper lobectomy specimen:A peripheral tumor can be seen at 2cm away from the bronchial stump, part of the defect, and the remaining volume is 2.5*2*1cm.The section is gray red gray yellow and medium in quality. The lung tissue around the tumor was soft without obvious lesions.
