Histological diagnosis:

The right upper lobe resection specimens: 1. (right upper lobe) peripheral invasive adenocarcinoma, mainly acinar, the cancer tissue invaded the pleura; 2. No cancer tissue was found in the bronchial stump; 3. Metastatic carcinoma was found in the para bronchial lymph nodes (1 / 4) and the (groups 2 、 4) lymph nodes (1 / 3); No metastasis was found in lymph nodes (0 / 1).

Immunohistochemistry:

CK7(++),CK18(++),TTF-1(++),SPB(++),NapsinA(++),ki-67(+,about 8%),CK5/6(-),P63(-),P40(-),Syn(-),CgA(-),CD56(-),Vimentin(-).

Gross examination findings:

The right upper lobectomy specimen was sent for examination. A peripheral tumor with a volume of 2 * 1.5 * 0.5cm can be seen at 0.6cm away from the bronchial stump, and the section is gray white and grayish yellow.
