Histological diagnosis:

Specimens for examination after operation:(left pleura)infiltrating malignant tumor was found in the fibrous connective tissue, and the histological characteristics suggested adenocarcinoma.Cancer was found in the lower lobe of left lung.

Gross examination findings:

The section is grayish white and medium in quality.
