Histological diagnosis:

Right upper lobectomy specimen:(upper lobe of the right lung )Infiltrating adenocarcinoma (acinar type accounted for 20%, mucinous type accounted for 80%), invaded the local pulmonary membrane; (middle lobe of the right lung) chronic inflammation with focal fibrous tissue hyperplasia and alveolar epithelial hyperplasia; (lower lobe of the right lung) lung tissue chronic inflammation with focal alveolar epithelial atypical adenomatous hyperplasia; no tumor tissue was found at the surgical margin.

Immunohistochemistry:

CK7(+),CK18(+),TTF-1(+), SP-B(+), NapsinA(+), Ki-67(+,about 25%), P63(+),CK5/6(-),P40(-),Syn(-),CgA(-),CD56(-),Vimentin(-),S-100(-),CD34(-)

Gross examination findings:

Right lung lobectomy specimen:The volume is 11 * 6* 3.5cm. A peripheral tumor can be seen at 5cm away from the bronchial stump with the volume of 3.5*2*1.5cm.The section is gray white gray yellow and medium in quality.
