A wedge-shaped resection specimen of the left upper lung: The volume is 7.0*2.0*1.5cm. There is a anastomotic nail about 7.0 cm in length on the off section. One grayish yellow nodule with a diameter of about 1.8 cm can be seen near the pleura. The section is grayish yellow, grayish white and tough in quality. The boundaries are not clear. The remaining tissues are grayish red and soft in quality.
