Histological diagnosis:

1. (Right lower lobe) Central invasive adenocarcinoma, some are alveolar adenocarcinoma, some are solid adenocarcinoma, without cancer tissue invading the pleura; 2. No cancer tissue is found in the bronchial stump; 3. Metastasis cancer was found in parabronchial lymph nodes (2/3) and (group 12) lymph nodes (1/3), No metastasis cancer was found in hilar lymph nodes (0/1), (group 4) lymph nodes (0/1), (group 5) lymph nodes (0/3) , (group 7) lymph nodes (0/4), (group 9) lymph nodes (0/3), (group 10) lymph nodes (0/3) and (group 12) lymph nodes (0/4).

Gross examination findings:

The right lower lobectomy specimen, the volume is 16*11*4.5cm, the length of the bronchial stump is 0.5cm, and 1.5cm in diameter,and a central tumor is seen 1cm away from the bronchial stump, part of which is defective, the remaining volume is 5.5*3*2.5cm, and the section is gray and yellow and medium in quality; and the rest of the lung tissue was spongy without abnormality.
