Histological diagnosis:

The right lower lobe of lung was resected: 1. (lower) lobe of (right) lung: moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma without invasion of pleura; 2. There was no cancer in the stump of bronchus; 3. Metastasis cancer was found in hilar lymph nodes (1 / 2), No metastasis cancer was found in parabronchial lymph nodes (0 / 4), (group 4) lymph nodes (0 / 3), (group 10 ) lymph nodes (0 / 3) and (group 12) lymph nodes(0 /3) .

Right lower lobe resection specimen: the volume is 13 *8 * 3.5cm, the length of bronchial stump is 1.5cm, and 1.5cm in diameter, a defect area is visible at 3cm away from bronchial stump, the rest volume is 2.3 * 2 * 1.5cm, and the section is gray and white and medium in quality.
