Histological diagnosis:

Left lower lobe of lung:Peripheral invasive adenocarcinoma, mainly acinar growth, part of the micropapilla, cancer tissue invasion of bronchial wall, but without invasion of pleura, bronchial stump without cancer tissue, metastasis was found in 3 / 3 of the bronchial lymph nodes and 8 / 8 of the other lymph nodes.

Left lower lobe resection specimen: the volume is 13x6x5cm, a defect area with the volume of 9X5X4cm is found on the pleura on the opposite side of the hilar, There is a pink solid area with the volume of 6x3x2.5cm around the defect area 3.5 cm away from the bronchial stump(1.2 cm in diameter). There is a pink solid area with the volume of 1.7x1.5X1cm beside the bronchus 0.9 cm away from the bronchial stump, the boundary is clear. There were 3 black lymph nodes around parabronchial, 0.7-0.9 cm in diameter, and the rest of the lung tissue was spongy without abnormality. Lymph nodes: 10 gray black nodules, diameter 0.3-1, 2 cm.
